What is the return policy?

I very much hope that you will be delighted with your press-on nails. However, if there is a fault with the set, please contact me for a full refund on return of the item. No returns will be accepted due to sizing issues, please check your size with my online guide carefully before purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?

I am unable to accept returns on custom sets made specifically for you, unless faulty. Any items put onto a permanent clearance sale will also be final, with no returns.

When will I get my order?

I will aim to ship your order as soon as possible, usually with 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times will usually be within 2-3 business days. If you are ordering a custom set, the dispatch time will be discussed with you prior to ordering, usually take between 7-14days, and delivery will be within 2-3 business days also.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will depend on which option you choose at checkout. For standard delivery (3-5) days it is £4.49 and for Next Day tracked service the cost is £10. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over £40.
